To provide administration support across all the teams within the Guernsey office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing administration support across all teams within the Guernsey office 
  • Assist within the compliance area
  • Assisting in the preparation and distribution of board packs
  • Assisting in the drafting of Minutes 
  • Arranging meeting rooms, hotels, flights, taxis etc
  • Posting and reconciliation of daily banking 
  • Assisting in the setup of banking payments in preparation for authorisation
  • Collection and recording of data in relation to compliance monitoring programmes
  • Ensuring all correspondence is stored electronically
  • Providing cover for other staff for holidays, sickness as required

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • GCSE or level
  • Good IT skills, particularly in relation to Microsoft Office Suite
